Thanks for the heads up, Decided against it anyway. Need to stop spending money on things i play for 5 hours then never touch again.
I feel that, have a few games like that myself. Destiny is great but I come down on the side of it not being a good solo experience long term unless you enjoy playing a lot of PVP (which I do but have felt burned out lately) The game has always been at its best with friends to regularly play with. There are player driven tools to help with this, r/fireteams and the100.io are good for finding one off groups and befriending like minded players (for me that's people who don't take the game too seriously and can crack a joke while also focusing up during boss time).
The thing that does need to be stated is that the game itself is arguably in the best state its ever been. I think the player drop off is largely due to burnout and there being so many great new games out there atm.
