    Agreed. A few (costly) legal rulings might make studios a bit more cautious about what they fire out pre-release.

    in the long run we the players are responsible for our purchases, if folk keep purchasing things particularly on pre order and do not demand refunds for missing features or are apathetic to the standard of the game delivered then you know, you get what you deserve. You know that song, If you tolerate this, then your children will be next?
